Order
Delivery takes between 1 and 8 working days, depending on the destination country.
- To Denmark: : 1-2 working days
- To Canada, United States: 2-7 working days
- To Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan: 3-8 working days
- Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom: 1-4 working days
Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may apply if you are ordering from outside the European Union. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery method once your order has been placed.
Shipping & returns
Parel ships to the following countries:
Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, United States, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan.
As a customer you have a 14 day period, starting from when you receive your order, in which you can start the return process.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, with hangtag.
A money back refund will be transferred by the same method of payment that was used for the purchase. We will hold back the payment until we have received the item.
